Skagit County Master Composter Recyclers will be available one Saturday each month from April through October at the Skagit County Transfer & Recycling Center to help residents better understand what belongs in the recycling bin and how to make recycling routines easier and more effective.

Master Recyclers will be stationed in the recycling area staff shed and available to answer questions while residents drop off materials at the free recycling drop-off area.
