The Jim Raper Memorial Dirt Cup is one of the largest events in Skagit County. The Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series will roll into town to compete with the Summer Thunder Sprint Series and drivers from all over the United States in competition for the $15,000 top prize on Saturday night!
