The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) hosts a recurring virtual Introduction to State Contracting Workshop on the third Thursday of each month.
This introductory workshop is designed to help businesses determine whether Washington State agencies could be potential customers for their products or services. Participants will learn more about how state contracting works, how to identify upcoming contracting opportunities, and the resources available to help businesses begin selling to Washington State agencies.
Topics include:
• Introduction to state contracting
• How to find upcoming contracting opportunities
• Where to get technical assistance
• Where to find additional training
• Questions and answers with state procurement professionals
Small, diverse, and veteran-owned businesses interested in learning more about contracting with Washington State agencies.
This is a virtual workshop hosted through Microsoft Teams. Registered participants will receive information from DES regarding how to access the event.
