Join the Burlington Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting ceremony at HomePlace Burlington Memory Care on February 19th. This event is a chance to gather, connect, and recognize HomePlace Burlington’s continued commitment to providing compassionate, specialized memory care in our community.

Guests are invited to meet the HomePlace Burlington team, tour their community, and learn more about the thoughtful care and support they offer to residents and families.
