Held the first weekend in February, the Bald Eagle Festival features music, story-telling, conservation education, entertainment, food, arts& crafts, bus tours, a volkmarch, a giant salmon storytelling tent, a planetarium, and of course , eagles.
The communities of Concrete, Rockport, and Marblemount sponsor this event to foster an appreciation for these magnificent birds. Bald Eagles can be viewed December through February, along the banks of the Upper Skagit.
