DESCRIPTION:INSPIRATION! is a support group offered free of charge at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center for community members living with pulmonary diseases. The next group meeting is Wednesday\, March 4\, at 3 p.m. inside the medical center at the Coho Caf at 2000 Hospital Dr.\, Sedro-Woolley.\n\n \n\nFacilitated by registered respiratory therapists\, the group meets on the first Wednesday of every month. "Each meeting features a monthly topic focus and guest speaker with expertise in pulmonary diseases and treatment\," said Kelly Shepard\, RRT\, AE-C\, registered respiratory care practitioner and certified asthma educator. "It's a good opportunity for people to learn more about how to manage their chronic condition. Our goal is to provide support and improve the health of those living with lung disease."\n\n \n\nThose who participate will benefit by:\n\n Meeting others with similar respiratory challenges.\n Building a support network.\n Learning new information about managing their disease.\n Experiencing less suffering and an improved quality of life.\n\n \n\nPeaceHealth United General Medical Center's Pulmonary Rehabilitation program is certified through the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.\n\n\n\n\n\nNo registration is required to attend Inspiration! and everyone is welcome to attend.
