The preliminary budget was made available to the public on November 18, 2024, with a budget presentation and public hearing that followed on December 2, 2024. BELLINGHAM, Wash. – PeaceHealth Medical Group welcomed surgeon, Quynh Le, DO, to the PeaceHealth General Surgery and Breast Surgery Clinic in Bellingham.
